Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for promoting and selling VCC funds, exploring and integrating channel resources;


2. Maintain channel resources such as institutional customers, high net worth customers and family offices in Singapore, Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Southeast Asia and other regions, conduct regular business visits, and establish a stable and long-term cooperative relationship with customers;


3. Assist in handling some of the backend related business processes to ensure smooth integration of business processes.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in finance, marketing, securities investment, or related fields, possessing a solid theoretical foundation and professional knowledge reserve;


2. Priority will be given to those who bring their own channel resources, and those with overseas study backgrounds will be given priority;


3. Proficient in using English and Chinese for business communication and smoothly conducting international business negotiations;


4. Have a deep understanding and keen insight into the current situation, trends, and various investment products of the global securities market and industry;


5. Possess excellent marketing and promotion skills, good interpersonal communication and coordination skills, and adept at exploring potential business opportunities;


6. Able to endure hardship, adapt to moderate intensity business travel arrangements, possess strong resilience and adaptability, and maintain a positive work attitude and efficient work efficiency when facing work challenges;


7. Outgoing personality, good at communicating and interacting with people, active and agile thinking, strong learning and innovation abilities.

岗位职责：

1. 负责VCC基金的推广销售工作，开拓和整合渠道资源；


2. 维护新加坡、中国大陆、香港、东南亚等地区的机构客户、高净值客户以及家族办公室等渠道资源，定期进行商务拜访，与客户建立稳固且长期的合作关系；


3. 协助处理部分中后台相关业务流程，确保业务环节的顺畅衔接。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，金融、市场营销、证券投资等相关专业出身，具备扎实的理论基础和专业知识储备；


2. 自带渠道资源者优先，有海外留学背景者优先；


3. 能熟练使用英文、中文进行商务沟通，流畅开展国际业务洽谈；


4. 对全球证券市场和行业的现状、趋势以及各类投资产品有深入的理解和敏锐的洞察力；


5. 具备出色的营销推广能力，拥有良好的人际沟通协调技巧，善于挖掘潜在业务机会；


6. 能吃苦耐劳，适应中等强度的出差工作安排，具备较强的抗压能力与应变能力，在面对工作挑战时，能够保持积极的工作态度与高效的工作效率；


7. 性格外向，善于与人交流互动，思维活跃敏捷，学习及创新能力强。
