A regional transportation technology company in Singapore is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to support the CMO in building a strong B2B marketing engine. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B marketing, with a hands-on approach to executing marketing campaigns and driving product marketing initiatives across multiple APAC markets. This is a dynamic role requiring collaboration with various teams to enhance brand positioning and improve commercial growth.
We are representing a regional transportation technology company that provides demand-responsive routing and fleet optimization solutions to enterprises, government agencies, and mobility operators. With an established presence across Southeast Asia and APAC, the company is entering a scale-up phase and expanding its marketing function. They are hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to support the newly appointed CMO in building a strong B2B marketing engine, improving brand positioning, and driving commercial growth.
This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, strategic, and eager to build. You will work closely with the CMO to execute marketing campaigns, launch product positioning initiatives, support channel/partner marketing, and build demand generation activities across the region.
You will have a regional remit and exposure to multiple markets including Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
Support the CMO in developing and executing the regional B2B marketing strategy.
Run demand generation campaigns that support lead acquisition and pipeline growth.
Drive product marketing initiatives, including messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market plans.
Manage channel/partner marketing programs to support distributor and enterprise customer engagement.
Strengthen brand positioning and communications across markets.
Take ownership of digital marketing execution, including content, CRM, performance tracking, and campaign analytics.
Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and Product teams to align marketing plans.
Prepare marketing reports, ROI tracking, campaign performance dashboards, and recommendations.
Strong experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, logistics tech, digital platforms, mobility technology, or enterprise solutions.
Experience in demand generation, product marketing, or partner marketing.
Strong hands-on execution ability — comfortable running campaigns end-to-end.
Experience working across multiple APAC markets is beneficial.
Capable of working in a fast-paced, lean, scale-up environment.
Clear communicator, stakeholder-friendly, and able to collaborate cross-functionally.
