About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned marketing leader to spearhead regional brand growth and consumer engagement strategies across multiple markets. The Regional Marketing Director will play a pivotal role in shaping brand positioning, driving impactful campaigns, and strengthening market presence while ensuring consistency across geographies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute regional marketing strategies that align with business objectives and deliver sustainable growth.
  • Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, traditional, and experiential channels to maximize impact and ROI.
  • Partner with commercial and operations teams to support market entry and outlet launches, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Leverage consumer insights, competitive intelligence, and market research to inform strategy and innovation.
  • Oversee budget allocation, spend efficiency, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Manage public relations, sponsorships, and partnership initiatives to enhance visibility and brand equity.
  • Build, coach, and inspire a regional marketing team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • At least 10 years of progressive marketing experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role within consumer-facing industries (F&B, retail, lifestyle, or FMCG preferred).
  • Proven track record in regional brand management, market expansion, and campaign leadership.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, consumer engagement, and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.
