Senior Marketing Executive (Retail Property)
Plan and execute a minimum of 7 mall marketing campaigns annually. Develop campaign concepts, mechanics, and schedules. Manage campaign budgets and ensure deadlines are met. Coordinate with creative agencies for visuals and collaterals. Arrange printing and installation of marketing materials (e.g. hanging mobiles, floor stickers, tent cards). Source GWP items, event vendors, and workshop operators. Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution. Conduct post-campaign reviews to assess effectiveness (shopper traffic, tenant NTO). Liaise with vendors and Property Management to ensure safe and timely setup. Control costs and order decorations for office lobbies. Manage Citylink website and social media via external vendor. Maintain content across retail directories and platforms. Monitor social media engagement and enhance customer experience and branding. Implement programs to increase shopper traffic and spending. Plan annual corporate gift giveaways within budget. Grow membership for Citylink’s loyalty program. Track expiry of vendor contracts and renew/source vendors (e.g. social media, website, CRM, Wi-Fi, music license). Provide A&P support and engage tenants in mall campaigns. Maintain strong tenant relationships and gather feedback. Manage leasing of atrium and advertising spaces to generate revenue. Prepare monthly operations meeting presentations. Conduct market research and support ad‑hoc projects. Handle sponsorship voucher requests and approvals. Update tenant directory listings across platforms (website, LED, Google Maps, F&B cubes). Prepare tenant bulletins and advertising agreements. Coordinate hoarding visuals for tenant transitions. Print approved vouchers for campaigns and sponsorships. Compile and circulate shopper foot traffic reports. Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure accurate property and tenant info. Raise PR’s for marketing activities and update budget sheets.

- Maintain content across retail directories and platforms.
- Monitor social media engagement and enhance customer experience and branding.
Traffic & Spending Initiatives
- Implement programs to increase shopper traffic and spending.
Corporate Gifts & Loyalty Program
- Plan annual corporate gift giveaways within budget.
- Grow membership for Citylink’s loyalty program.
Vendor & Contract Management
- Track expiry of vendor contracts and renew/source vendors (e.g. social media, website, CRM, Wi‑Fi, music license).
Tenant Relations
- Provide A&P support and engage tenants in mall campaigns.
- Maintain strong tenant relationships and gather feedback.
Leasing & Revenue Generation

Leasing Administration (As Required)
- Prepare leasing documents (Term Sheet, LOI, Licence, Lease Agreement, etc.).
- Coordinate document delivery, signing, stamping, and filing.
- Update DRN system, tracking sheets, and lease approvals.
- Maintain tenancy alteration expenses and tenancy schedule.
- Generate lease expiry and transaction summary reports.
- Update budget and re‑forecast templates.
- Check and file monthly NTOs and send annual reminder letters.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant marketing experience in retail or commercial property.
