A prominent property management company in Singapore is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to plan and execute marketing campaigns for a mall. The successful candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in the retail sector, specializing in campaign and vendor management. Responsibilities include managing social media presence and conducting promotional reviews. The role demands creativity, strong budgeting skills, and the ability to engage with tenants and vendors effectively.
Plan and execute all marketing campaigns of the mall successfully within budget.
Plan the campaigns schedule for the year (minimally 7 campaigns per year) and ensure deadlines/milestones are met.
Formulate ideas and mechanics for each campaign and work with creative agencies to produce marketing visuals/collaterals.
Source for GWP products, event vendors, and workshop operators.
Arrange printing and installation of marketing collaterals (e.g., hanging mobiles, floor stickers, tent cards in tenant stores).
Track and manage campaign budgets.
Conduct post-promotional reviews and analysis to assess effectiveness in terms of shopper traffic and tenant NTO.
Source and manage production vendors for festive decorations (Christmas and CNY) in the mall and office tower.
Conceptualize décor theme and design; manage vendor to ensure concept is achieved within timeframe and safety codes.
Control cost within budget.
Arrange festive flowers/decorations for office lobbies.
Manage CityLink webpage and social media accounts.
Manage content on retail directories, websites, and social media platforms.
Plan and maintain social media presence; monitor conversations and act on insights to enhance customer experience and branding.
Strategize and implement programs to create awareness, generate traffic, and drive spending.
Oversee CityLink’s loyalty program and increase membership.
Maintain good relations and provide A&P support and communications.
Engage retail tenants to participate actively in mall A&P programs.
Manage leasing of atrium and advertising spaces to generate footfall and revenue.
Manage sponsorship voucher requests.
Update Tenants’ Directory listing on Website, Master list, In-mall LED, Google indoor maps, F&B directory & LED cubes.
Prepare tenant bulletins.
Prepare agreements/licenses for media advertising sites.
Prepare monthly Ops meeting presentation.
Conduct market research on competitors and trends.
Manage vendor contracts and ensure timely review/renewal (social media, website, creative agency, CRM, Wi-Fi, music license, etc.).
Coordinate hoarding visuals for incoming/outgoing tenants and ad-hoc works in common areas.
Print approved vouchers for campaigns/promotions/sponsorships.
Compile and circulate shoppers’ foot traffic reports and graphs.
Coordinate with vendors (voucher system, foot traffic, photographer) to ensure accuracy of property and tenant info.
Raise PR's for marketing activities and update budget summary sheet.
Other administrative work as required.
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
At least 4 to 6 years of relevant marketing experience in retail or commercial property sector.
