Job description
Marketing & Planning
  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager in executing the annual marketing plan.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing and admissions strategies to drive growth and positioning.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and tone across all marketing materials.
Campaign Execution & Events
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, digital marketing, advertising, PR, and partnerships.
  • Organize and promote school events such as Open Houses, roadshows, exhibitions, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with Admissions to support student recruitment and family engagement activities.
  • Maintain website content and create marketing email campaigns.
Digital Marketing & Content
  • Execute digital campaigns for SEO, SEM, and social media to drive lead generation.
  • Create and update digital assets, including videos, graphics, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with Communications to develop content for social media, PR, and website channels.
Brand & Collaboration
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Work with external partners and internal teams to align marketing efforts with enrollment targets.
  • Support marketing initiatives in line with organisational goals.
Budgeting & Reporting
  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance and ROI.
  • Monitor marketing spend to ensure activities are within budget.
  • Support marketing operations and ad‑hoc administrative tasks as needed.
