An innovative café-bar is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to enhance its brand presence through engaging campaigns and vibrant social media management. You will be pivotal in developing unique community events and driving interactions across all platforms. Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of experience in marketing within the F&B or lifestyle sectors and possess a flair for creating captivating content. We’re here to build a brand that’s soulful, stylish, and a little cheeky. And we’re looking for a Senior Marketing Executive who thinks beyond templates, knows how to spark attention, and wants to build a brand that actually connects with people.
You’ll be the voice and vibe behind Sip Sip, driving the brand forward across all platforms, from a killer Instagram caption to meaningful collaborations and creative in-store moments. You’ll help us build not just awareness, but affinity.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns that feel alive, not automated
Own our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, maybe even Threads if you're brave)
Create scroll-stopping content and cheeky copy that people actually want to read
Work with photographers, videographers, and creatives to bring ideas to life
Plan and promote community events, brand collabs, and themed nights
Track performance, engagement, and what gets people through the door
Collaborate with ops, bar, and kitchen teams so our message is aligned with our mood
Spot trends before they become trends and adapt them to our world
2–3 years of marketing experience, ideally in F&B, lifestyle, or creative industries
You’ve got a strong creative eye, a curious mind, and a voice that cuts through
You love words, visuals, and finding new ways to make people stop scrolling
You’re independent but collaborative, organised but not rigid
Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Reels — you know your tools
Bonus if you’ve worked on brand launches or built a social following from scratch
You genuinely enjoy food, culture, community, and playful storytelling
