Job summary

A leading HR consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Specialist to plan and execute marketing campaigns for beauty products. Responsibilities include managing social media, coordinating campaigns, and conducting market research. The ideal candidate will have a diploma/degree in marketing with 3-5 years of experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote products and services.

  • Manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent content creation, posting, and engagement.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (designers, agencies, vendors) for campaign execution.

  • Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.

  • Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

  • Support in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital assets.

  • Maintain and update the company’s website and online platforms.

  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with design/marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics) is an advantage.
