Marketing Executive – Beauty & Aesthetics Clinic

Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Marketing Manager / Group Head of Marketing

Our Client is a leading beauty and wellness brand collective with a strong presence across Singapore and Asia.

They are seeking a Marketing Executive who is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about beauty, digital storytelling, and influencer marketing. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, visually driven environments and understands what resonates with today’s beauty consumers.

Key Responsibilities
1. KOL & KOC Campaign Management
  • Lead end-to-end KOL (Key Opinion Leader) and KOC (Key Opinion Consumer) campaigns — from concept ideation, influencer selection, shoot production, to post-production coordination.
  • Negotiate deliverables, manage timelines, and monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, ROI).
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with influencers, content creators, and beauty community partners.
2. Out-of-Home (OOH) & Mall Promotions
  • Plan and execute OOH marketing strategies — billboards, transit ads, and in-mall digital screens.
  • Manage mall tie-up promotions, including tenancy marketing, event pop-ups, and beauty roadshows.
  • Oversee creative direction, media placement, and campaign performance tracking.
3. Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) Marketing
  • Develop and implement Xiaohongshu marketing strategies for the Group's brands.
  • Craft content calendars, liaise with KOLs/KOCs, and track campaign outcomes.
  • Research trending topics and ensure alignment with brand positioning and Chinese-speaking consumer segments.
4. TikTok Marketing & Shop Management
  • Manage TikTok and TikTok Shop accounts: content ideation, filming coordination, posting, and analytics.
  • Partner with internal creative and customer service teams to optimise TikTok Shop conversion and response rates.
  • Experiment with short-form content formats and viral trends to boost engagement and lead generation.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Operations, Creative, and Customer Service teams to ensure campaigns support both business and customer goals.
  • Align marketing activations with clinic offers, treatment launches, and customer feedback insights.
6. Reporting & Analysis
  • Track, analyse, and report campaign performance across social media, KOL/KOC, and OOH initiatives.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for optimisation and budget allocation.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing (experience in beauty, aesthetics, or lifestyle industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms — especially TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and Instagram.
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills.
  • Familiar with content creation workflows, influencer relations, and digital performance analytics.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English + Mandarin) preferred due to coordination with Mandarin-speaking KOLs and partners.
