About the Role
You will play a key role in driving community and brand engagement through events, partnerships, influencer collaborations, and targeted email marketing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, managing experiences, and crafting meaningful brand touchpoints that inspire loyalty and trust.
Job Responsibilities
1. Brand Community Engagement
- Develop and execute engagement plans for key community groups (patients, VIPs, ambassadors, influencers, and followers).
- Plan and manage community events, workshops, and gifting initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community members and stakeholders.
- Set up processes and scorecards to track and measure engagement success.
2. Partnerships & Influencer Marketing
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships to support brand and community engagement goals.
- Manage influencer collaborations — from sourcing and negotiation to deliverables and relationship nurturing.
- Develop partnership proposals, manage execution, and track performance.
3. Email Marketing & CRM Nurture
- Plan and execute drip campaigns to engage patients, followers, and community members.
- Work with the design and content teams to create engaging newsletters and email journeys.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Align email communications with broader marketing campaigns and community activities.
4. Marketing Support
- Support the planning and execution of broader marketing initiatives, including the development of marketing collaterals, photoshoots/videos, retail campaigns, and digital transformation projects.
- Assist in the implementation of marketing automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Marketing / Business / Mass communication
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably with exposure to community engagement, partnerships, or CRM/email marketing.
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end — from planning and execution to reporting — with a keen eye for detail.
- Analytical and proactive, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for marketing strategy.
- Proficient in CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM or Mailchimp.
- Creative, resourceful, and people-oriented — with a genuine passion for wellness, lifestyle, or healthcare.
- Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for a senior position.
