Overview

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to work on projects from small to big aimed at creating awareness and engagement for beauty brands under Ksisters. The ideal candidate has a deep passion for all things beauty, brand storytelling and our mission to be the ultimate destination for all things K-beauty. Reporting to the Assistant Marketing Manager (AMM), you will have the opportunity to grow as an E-commerce/Beauty Marketing expert by working in end-to-end Digital Marketing, E-commerce & Retail operations.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute activations and campaigns to support new launches and brands\' key promotions
  • Ensure launch/campaign readiness, planning and execution of product launches/marketing activations to ensure alignment with brand strategy in collaboration
  • Lead the development of brand collaterals (brochures and gift with purchases)
  • Work closely with Trade Marketing team to lead brand launch/ in-store activation in Watsons and Guardian
  • Develop product pages for new launch product by localising from the original Korean content
  • Support AMM on media campaigns, KOL marketing & liaison and social campaigns to drive brand growth
  • Support the team in daily operations follow-up & execution (quality issues, or any brand related matters)
  • HQ liaison for all brand related matters
  • Support / Lead new launch physical events
  • Work closely with Contents Creation team, for contents created to align with promotion schedule, campaigns and/or events
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience (Relevant Beauty field and interest in Korean Beauty will be a plus.)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere Pro/Canva
  • A self-starter who can work independently with a positive mindset, collaborative and passionate about beauty & marketing
  • A strong team player with good communication skills to facilitate cross functional discussions
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to prioritise tasks in detail with great multitasking skills in a very fast-paced environment
  • Singapore Citizenship or Permanent Resident
