About the Role
Toko Warisan is a fast-growing halal retail brand serving the modern Muslim community in Singapore. We are expanding our marketing department and looking for a strategic yet hands‑on Marketing Manager who can lead end‑to‑end retail & digital growth across our outlets, social platforms and e‑commerce channels.
This role is ideal for someone who is creative, data‑driven and experienced in retail FMCG or lifestyle consumer brands, with a strong sense of community and cultural understanding.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy and Campaign Leadership
- Develop annual & quarterly marketing plans aligned with business targets.
- Lead campaign ideation, execution and optimisation across offline and online channels.
2. Retail & Online Activation
- Plan and execute in‑store promotions, festive campaigns and brand activations.
- Manage merchandising collaterals, visual consistency and store‑level marketing.
- Oversee TikTok Shop — listings, promotions, creator collabs and live strategy.
3. Creative Direction and Content
- Lead content ideation for Meta, TikTok and e‑commerce platforms.
- Guide designers/creators to produce high‑quality visuals, videos and ads.
- Ensure all content reflects brand values: Amanah, Quality, Service, Community.
4. Influencer, KOL and Community Engagement
- Identify, negotiate and manage KOL/influencer campaigns.
- Drive community marketing initiatives relevant to Muslim consumers.
5. Budget, Reporting and Performance
- Manage monthly marketing budgets and track ROI.
- Analyse campaign performance and present insights to management.
- Proactively identify cost optimisation and growth opportunities.
6. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Retail, E‑commerce, Supply Chain and Operations.
- Support peak seasons (Ramadan/Raya, school holidays) with on‑ground presence as needed.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with 2–3 years in retail marketing (FMCG, supermarket, lifestyle retail, halal retail is an advantage).
- Strong hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads and SEO.
- Ability to lead creative production (video, design, storytelling).
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and retail buying psychology.
- Experience managing budgets and preparing performance dashboards.
- Highly disciplined, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment.
