About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Senior Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and campaign performance across both retail and digital channels.

Responsibilities
  • Conceptualise and develop innovative marketing ideas into impactful retail and digital campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Plan, manage, and execute the annual marketing calendar, including campaign strategy, budgeting, and timelines.
  • Prepare and present marketing proposals and post-campaign reviews to management, clearly communicating objectives, outcomes, and recommendations.
  • Develop, execute, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook to maximise reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. designers, content creators, operations teams) to ensure alignment and timely execution of campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure quality delivery and cost effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance to junior team members, including delegation of tasks and monitoring of work progress.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail and digital marketing, with hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across major digital platforms.
  • Strong creative and conceptualisation skills, with the ability to translate ideas into executable campaigns.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and written communication skills, with confidence in engaging management and stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan ahead, manage budgets, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to solve problems, make sound decisions, and proactively propose practical solutions and recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Effective stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
  • Experience supervising or guiding team members will be an advantage.
