Position Title: Senior Marketing Executive

Reports To: Commercial Director

Department: Marketing Department

Overview

We are a pioneer in advanced robotics technologies, seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Marketing Executive to support market expansion across Asia, Europe, North America, and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, particularly Google Ad and SEO optimization, a passion for innovative technology, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads strategies to drive traffic, leads, and conversions; conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy to improve campaign performance; monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights; manage and optimize PPC campaigns, including bid adjustments, budget allocation, and ad placement; research potential leads through databases, LinkedIn, and industry directories; work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales goals and to optimize lead conversion.
  • Inbound Marketing: Develop and implement inbound marketing strategies to attract potential customers through high-quality content, including blog posts, monthly newsletters, and social media posts (LinkedIn & Instagram); create and manage email marketing campaigns, including automated workflows, to nurture leads through the sales funnel; manage the company’s website as a core part of the digital marketing strategy; support expansion into new markets by localizing content and campaigns for cultural relevance and regulatory compliance; perform other ad-hoc marketing duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on lead-generation activities
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Odoo)
  • Advanced knowledge of web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, etc)
  • Proficiency in Wordpress and Elementor is advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
