Job description
What You’ll Do:
  • Track and analyse marketing performance to optimise campaigns and report key insights to management.
  • Create and manage social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and produce engaging content that strengthens our online presence.
  • Manage and support the execution of loyalty programmes, member campaigns, and email marketing to deepen customer relationships. Compile monthly report and analysis of membership performance.
  • Support planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and in-store channels.
  • Coordinate brand activations, events, and photoshoots to enhance brand visibility.
  • Work closely with internal teams to maintain brand consistency across all communications.
  • Ensure timely updates on company websites and social platforms.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in F&B or retail industry.
  • Adaptable team player, able to work independently and with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Creative flair with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, content creation and basic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
