What You’ll Do:
- Track and analyse marketing performance to optimise campaigns and report key insights to management.
- Create and manage social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and produce engaging content that strengthens our online presence.
- Manage and support the execution of loyalty programmes, member campaigns, and email marketing to deepen customer relationships. Compile monthly report and analysis of membership performance.
- Support planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and in-store channels.
- Coordinate brand activations, events, and photoshoots to enhance brand visibility.
- Work closely with internal teams to maintain brand consistency across all communications.
- Ensure timely updates on company websites and social platforms.
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in F&B or retail industry.
- Adaptable team player, able to work independently and with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong coordination and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Creative flair with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, content creation and basic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
