Job Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management – Collaborate with appointed vendors, our creative department, and content creators to develop engaging content for our platforms, focusing on Facebook and TikTok. Manage online communities by interacting with the audience and fostering positive engagement. Monitor social media trends and analytics to ensure optimal performance and brand alignment.
  • Out of Home Ads Management – Plan, book, and execute advertising campaigns in strategic locations such as malls and other outdoor venues. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and effective ad placements.
  • Digital Asset Management – Work closely with vendors and the marketing communications (marcom) team to maintain and update the company website and landing pages. Develop and enhance landing pages, integrate form submissions with Google Sheets, and ensure all digital assets function optimally with optimized loading speeds.
  • Video Production – Conduct research and prepare briefs for video projects. Facilitate video shoots with content creators, production companies, or YouTube channels, overseeing all aspects from concept to execution.
  • General Marketing Duties – Assist in various marketing tasks as needed to support the team and contribute to the success of our campaigns.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for engaging storytelling.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems and social media analytics.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with an analytical mind.
