We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Senior Marketing Executive to drive our brand forward. This is a pivotal role for a marketing professional who is ready to take ownership of key initiatives, from digital strategy to brand storytelling and event execution. You will be instrumental in shaping our market presence and achieving ambitious business growth objectives.
Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that are aligned with our business goals and target audience.
Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and inform strategy.
Collaborate effectively with other cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and successful customer journey.
Develop and manage our digital ecosystem, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), and email marketing.
Create, manage, and optimize data-driven digital campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and ROI.
Implement and monitor SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), providing regular reports and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Be a guardian of our brand, ensuring all marketing communications and materials are consistent with our brand identity, voice, and values.
Develop compelling content and creative assets that engage our audience and strengthen brand loyalty.
Act as the marketing liaison for our franchise network, providing strategic guidance, marketing toolkits, and training to ensure brand consistency and local market success.
Planning & execution of marketing events, from webinars and conferences.
We are looking for:
A minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Proven experience in a similar marketing role, with a strong portfolio showcasing success in digital marketing and campaign management.
Technical proficiency in digital marketing tools including Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO platforms, and social media management tools.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences.
Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
A proactive, results-oriented mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
