Macro Events Pte Ltd is a full-service event management agency specializing in large-scale public, charity, and corporate events. Our portfolio includes national campaigns, outdoor festivals, exhibitions, conferences, and creative activations for clients in the healthcare, education, and social sectors. We are looking for a passionate and driven marketing professional to join our growing team and help shape impactful event experiences across Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns for company and client events.
- Work with project managers to create marketing timelines, content calendars, and activation plans.
- Manage event brand positioning, creative concepts, and key visuals across online and offline channels.
- Digital & Social Media
- Oversee the company’s social media presence.
- Develop content (posts, visuals, short videos) aligned with campaign themes and objectives.
- Track and analyse marketing performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Partnerships & Public Relations
- Build and maintain relationships with event partners.
- Liaise with external agencies, designers, and vendors for creative and production deliverables.
- Event Marketing & On-Ground Activation
- Plan and execute event publicity, engagement campaigns, and outreach activities.
- Coordinate on-site marketing collaterals, giveaways, photo walls, and interactive installations.
- Manage signage, branding, and sponsor visibility across event venues.
- Internal & Client Communications
- Prepare marketing decks, reports, and presentations for clients and management.
- Collaborate closely with event project teams to align messaging, branding, and timelines.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, events, or communications.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media trends, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with a flair for visual presentation.
- Able to manage multiple projects and work well under tight timelines.
- Experience in the events or creative industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or video editing tools is a plus.
