We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong sense of design and digital storytelling, and can manage multiple brands with both creativity and strategic thinking.
You will play a key role in developing campaigns, driving engagement, and ensuring that every brand message from content to events reflects our group’s commitment to quality and connection.
Brand & Campaign Strategy
Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies across all AC Concepts restaurants.
Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns from concept to rollout for new openings, seasonal promotions, and brand collaborations.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms.
Work closely with the Operations and Culinary teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Digital Marketing & Performance Tracking
Oversee social media strategy, content calendars, and community engagement for all brands.
Create and manage paid digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to increase awareness and drive conversions.
Track KPIs, analyse campaign performance, and provide data-driven recommendations.
Apply SEO and content optimisation strategies to enhance visibility and search ranking.
Content Creation & Visual Storytelling
Lead content production from concept and planning to execution, across photography, videography, and design.
Capture in-house photo and video content, with a strong eye for aesthetics and brand tone.
Oversee creative assets for menus, EDMs, event materials, and digital ads.
Ensure all visual and written content adheres to brand guidelines.
Events & Partnerships
Support or lead event planning and activations including festive campaigns, restaurant pop-ups, and community events.
Manage influencer partnerships, media collaborations
Identify new partnership and cross-promotional opportunities to strengthen brand positioning.
Leadership & Coordination
Mentor and guide junior marketing team members on daily tasks and creative projects.
Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and photographers.
Maintain marketing budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Assist in long-term brand development planning and performance reporting to management.
3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
Proven track record in digital marketing, campaign management, and social media strategy.
Strong creative eye with hands-on skills in photography, videography, editing, and graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Proficient in SEO, analytics tools (Meta, Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics), and performance reporting.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
