Job description

Looking for a dynamic Senior Marketing Executive to lead the marketing of the company’s key initiatives, events and training programmes. You are responsible to drive participation, build awareness, and ensure sustained engagement for the Company initiatives and flagship events.

You shall apply Lifecycle Marketing Strategies to nurture relationships before, during and after events so as to engage the participant continuously.

You shall be present at events to support the programme execution and to ensure seamless delivery of all marketing-related aspects of matter.

Responsibilities
Marketing Of Initiatives, Events and Training
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for company-led initiatives, training programmes, and consumer-facing events.
  • Develop integrated marketing plans across digital, social media, email, WhatsApp and on-ground channels to increase visibility and to maximise participation.
  • Coordinate with trainers, speakers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event promotion and execution.
Content & Communication
  • Prepare compelling copy for event invites, landing pages, community updates and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Collaborate with design and video teams to produce effective event and lifecycle marketing assets.
  • Ensure brand consistency and high-quality communication across all consumer touchpoints.
On-Site Event Support
  • Present at the company events to provide on-ground marketing support.
  • Oversee the setup of marketing collaterals, banners and displays.
  • Support the execution of event programmes including controlling presentation slides, cueing media and handling marketing-related logistics.
Lifecycle Marketing
  • Map and manage the participant lifecycle journey — from awareness, registration, and onboarding to post-event retention and community engagement.
  • Design and implement lifecycle campaigns (welcome flows, engagement campaigns, win-back strategies).
  • Work with digital and content teams to deliver personalised, stage-appropriate messaging.
  • Monitor lifecycle KPIs (conversion, engagement, retention, reactivation) to improve long-term outcomes.
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of extensive marketing experience, preferably with exposure to event marketing, training programme promotion or lifecycle / CRM marketing.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns and events concurrently in a fast pace environment.
  • Strong in written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, email/WhatsApp marketing platforms and analytics dashboards.
  • Knowledge in digital marketing strategies and analytics will be an added advantage.
