Adecco is partnering with an industry-leading laser technology manufacturing company in Singapore, in search of a hands‑on Manufacturing Engineer/Senior Engineer.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high‑precision, high‑mix photonics environment and enjoys bridging the gap between R&D prototypes and scalable, high‑yield production.

As a key member of the Manufacturing Engineering team, you will develop, optimize, and maintain the manufacturing processes for laser systems, optical assemblies, and related sub‑systems, ensuring reliable, cost‑effective, and high‑quality production outcomes.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Phonics, Mechatronics or equivalent)
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in laser systems, photonics, precision manufacturing, or optical assembly
• Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing, assembly, and test processes for mechanical, PCBA, and optical components.
• Proficient in Six Sigma DMAIC, Lean methodologies, DOE, SPC, FMEA, GR&R, and other quality tools.
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast‑paced, high‑precision environment.
