Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of production workforce in Singapore and ensure the day-to-day operations onsite.
• Ensure the creation and implementation of production schedules to meet customer demands.
• Monitor and improve production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore export control regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production and logistics operations.
• Communicate regularly with management to report on production progress and issues.
• Continuously seek ways to optimize processes and profitability.
• Support other manufacturing services eg ensure the timely and effective implementation of NPI within RSASIA.
