The Senior / Manager for the Workplace Experience team is responsible for providing direction, leadership, and oversight to ensure the organization operates sustainably, maintains optimal facility standards, and upholds exemplary health and safety practices. This role drives the integration of sustainability initiatives, manages facility resources, and ensures strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Health and Safety Leadership
  • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive health and safety policies, programs, and training.
  • Promote a culture of safety and ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Establish safe work procedures, conduct hazard identification and risk assessments, and deliver training.
  • Promote communication and consultation, incident reporting and investigation, monitoring and auditing, documentation and record-keeping, and continuous improvement.
Sustainability Strategy Execution
  • Lead the development and execution of sustainability strategies
  • Analyze organizational performance against sustainability, facilities, and safety KPIs.
  • Serve as a key liaison with external agencies, regulators, and partners on matters related to sustainability, facilities, and workplace safety.
  • Lead the SWSH engagement meetings
Facility Management Oversight
  • Oversee all aspects of facility management, including maintenance, operations, space planning, and vendor management.
  • Analyze performance, drive improvements, and ensure facilities services are up to mark.
Requirements
  • Degree in Real Estate, Environmental Science, Environment Sustainability, Safety, Health and Environment Management with at least 10 years of relevant experience of which 5 years in a managerial position
  • Possess experience in the implementation of sustainability initiatives, compliance management
  • Prior experience in business process review, procurement and corporate administration.
  • Resourceful, organized, meticulous and analytical individual with good project management skills
  • Good business mindset, possess excellent written, interpersonal and communication skills
