Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and intellectually curious Manager to join our Strategic Finance team. Based in Singapore, the candidate will be closely partnering with leadership and cross‑functional teams to manage performance, generate insights and deliver business outcomes across the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy and planning workstreams including near‑term budgeting, scenario modelling and long‑term forecasting
• Lead performance management and KPI tracking workstreams
• Generate and deliver insights at regular management cadences
• Collaborate on strategic initiatives with Finance, Funding, Data and other cross‑functional teams
• Partner with executive and business leadership; provide frameworks for translating commercial objectives into financial outcomes
• Support reporting workstreams for investors and other capital providers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or a related field
• 5 years’ experience in finance, strategy, investment banking, consulting or corporate development; fintech experience will be an advantage
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent financial modelling skills
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau and Excel
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
• Intellectual curiosity and ability to navigate ambiguity
