Position Overview

Synapxe is seeking an experienced individual to join our team as the ServiceNow Platform Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Lead. This role involves leading the technical roadmap and implementation of the IRM module within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of risk management processes and the technical expertise to drive successful module implementation.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module on the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the IRM framework.
• Develop and maintain a technical roadmap for the IRM module, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of developers and administrators working on the ServiceNow IRM module.
• Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of the IRM module with other ServiceNow applications.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in the implementation of risk management solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the IRM module, collaborating with support teams as needed.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in risk management and incorporate relevant technologies into the IRM module.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (Min 5 years) in leading and implementing ServiceNow IRM solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of risk management processes and frameworks.
• Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and customization.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting languages.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow modules with third-party applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in Risk and Compliance (CIS-RC) is a plus.
