Senior Manager, Regulatory Affair (Telecom - Interconnection and Compliance)

As a Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs ( Telecom - Interconnection and Compliance), you will be responsible for the following duties:

Track and analyze telecom regulatory developments, with a focus on interconnection, wholesale access, and competition frameworks.

Monitor and ensure operational compliance with telecom codes of practice and interconnection agreements.

Prepare high-quality regulatory submissions, position papers, and responses to public consultations in alignment with business strategy.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with industry peers, regulatory bodies, and internal business stakeholders.

Work cross-functionally to implement regulatory decisions and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.

Negotiate, manage, and review interconnection agreements with peer operators to ensure commercial and regulatory alignment.

Analyze interconnect cost structures, settlement mechanisms, and cost recovery processes to support strategic decision-making.

Provide strategic advice to senior management on regulatory risks and opportunities, incorporating public policy and market considerations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business or related field

Possess 10 to 12 years of relevant working experience

Experience in telecommunication, power plant and government board sector will be an advantage
