We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Publisher Acquisition and Management to lead our publisher growth business in our Singapore office. This high-impact role will allow you to shape and implement strategic business initiatives aimed at driving growth, acquiring new publishers, and building strong networks by leveraging AnyMind’s specialized knowledge and solutions in ad-tech.

What You’ll Do
  • Design and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive the growth of the publisher business.
  • Identify and acquire, new website publishers, delivering tailored pitches and closing deals to grow partnerships and revenue.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to offer strategic consulting services to clients, and provide insights and solutions that align with their business objectives, and onboard new publisher to AnyManager platform.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by strategically managing and expanding your portfolio of publishers.
  • Analyze publisher performance, offering expert recommendations and solutions to enhance monetization strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality marketing solutions through direct engagement.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide regular updates to Managing Director of Publisher Growth on key challenges, successes, and opportunities within the publisher growth business.
  • Report to the Managing Director of Publisher Growth.
Who You Are
  • At least 5 years of experience in Adtech, online publishing, digital advertising, or related fields, with a focus on both sales and account management
  • Proven experience in track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value deals
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver outstanding client service
  • Self‑motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong understanding of various programmatic ads format and tools, targeting options for demand and supply sides, and campaign optimization techniques
