Reporting to the Head of GTS, you will lead the People Systems organisation which manages Workday (HCM), talent acquisition (SmartRecruiters), and other adjacent people platforms. You will need a background in HR processes along with audit & compliance requirements. Experienced leaders who have led people systems for global organisations should apply here!
