Get to know the Role

Reporting to the Head of GTS, you will lead the People Systems organisation which manages Workday (HCM), talent acquisition (SmartRecruiters), and other adjacent people platforms. You will need a background in HR processes along with audit & compliance requirements. Experienced leaders who have led people systems for global organisations should apply here!

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform:

  • Lead a team of internal & external Workday and other specialists distributed across multiple APAC markets.
  • Implement and support people systems to realise HR transformation journeys.
  • Use a product mindset to co-create business & technology roadmaps with stakeholders & GTS leadership and manage resource allocation (budgets & team) to execute on vision.
  • Manage your stakeholders and GTS to improve our ability to serve Grabbers, including identifying new opportunities or technologies.
  • Partner with People Operations (Pops) stakeholders and engage with other technology organisations (e.g. Finance Systems) to ensure technology needs are delivered.
  • Manage relationships with senior internal stakeholders and external parties (e.g. vendors, partners).
