Job Summary

Lead strategic partnerships and business development initiatives within the healthcare sector, driving growth, expanding provider networks, and managing relationships with insurers and key stakeholders.

What you'll be doing
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of specialist doctors to strengthen service offerings
  • Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, medical professionals, insurers, and third‑party administrators (TPAs)
  • Negotiate and finalise partnership agreements aligned with organisational goals
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow market share and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians, healthcare institutions, insurers, and other key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to develop pricing strategies, promotions, and value‑added services to maximise revenue
  • Participate in marketing and branding initiatives to increase awareness and attract new clients
  • Prepare regular reports on partnership performance, business development activities, and market trends for senior management
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Healthcare Management or related studies
  • 3 – 6 years of experience in partnerships/ network management/ business development within the healthcare payer/ insurance sector
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including regulations, compliance, and reimbursement processes
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision‑making
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with providers, insurers, and key partners
