Job description

We are looking for Office Planning and Management officer to be part of NSCC Corporate Services. Primary tasks encompass overseeing the day to day operations of our office and facilities.

Job Responsibilities:
Facilities Management
  1. Oversee the maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of office premises and facilities.
  2. Ensure compliance with health and safety and environmental regulation.
  3. Manage office security, access control and emergency procedures.
  4. Coordinate space planning, office moves, and workstation assignment.
  5. To act as POC with HQ A*STAR SpIA, LCAM if there are any queries from the ground.
Office Admin Management
  1. Ensure smooth office day to day operations and managing supplies, utilities, and equipment.
  2. Review and implement SOPs to improve efficiency.
  3. Coordinate with IT and HR functions for employee onboarding and office setup.
  4. Managing of budget and provision of office and pantry maintenance, supplies and services etc.
Space Planning
  1. Space planning for organisation to meet the needs of the growth of manpower
  2. Long term planning for space, infrastructure and administration for future grants.
  3. Assist in other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in business administration, facilities and project management;
  • Background in managing Data Centres / government facilities space planning would be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to fast paced environment.
  • Able to multi-task and delivery results under tight timelines.
  • Good command of MS Office applications.
