Responsibilities
HR Business Partner
  • Act as a trusted advisor on people, performance and culture-related matters.
  • Support managers in handling performance improvement, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Promote a positive employee experience and high engagement through effective HR programs.
Talent Management
  • Manage end-to-end talent processes including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement learning and development initiatives to build leadership and functional capabilities.
  • Lead career development frameworks and internal mobility programs.
Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations
  • Review and manage compensation and benefit programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Manage HR policies, processes and systems to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Compliance & Governance
  • Review, update and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with regulatory and business requirements.
  • Support audits, risk management and governance requirements related to HR.
  • Ensure accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Stay updated on changes to employment legislation, HR best practices and HR technologies.
Culture & Employer Brand
  • Champion company values, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Strengthen employer branding to attract and retain top talent.
  • Drive culture building initiatives aligned with business growth and transformation.
  • Strengthen employer brand visibility through targeted recruitment marketing campaigns and engagement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
