Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager/Manager, Human Resource to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the implementation and management of HR policies. The role will involve managing the full spectrum of HR functions; recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, general HR administration, and other ad-hoc projects.

Policy
  • Develop and implement HR policies that creates a predictable, respectful and compliant labour relations

  • Review of HR policies to ensure compliance with changes to statutory requirements

Compensation & Benefits
  • Partner to implement performance management including salary review and bonus payment exercise

  • Market surveys, benchmark the best practices, make recommendations on C&B structure that align to the industry range and strengthen the company's market position in attracting, rewarding and retaining talent

  • Implement C&B programs that comply with internal equity and external market competitiveness

  • Manage compensation projects and initiatives such as incentive and commission review

  • Facilitate performance management activities

  • Provide advice to managers, staff and HR Business partners on compensation and benefits, and performance management related queries

  • Oversee and monitor performance of vendors and third-party administrators such as insurance brokers

Business Partnering
  • Engage and provide HR advice to various Business Leaders

  • Advise Management and recommends solutions to resolve related business issues or make improvements to impact on business result

  • Managing stakeholders across different business entities to achieve team related goals

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess a degree in Business or HR related discipline

  • Relevant working experience of 5 to 8 years is preferred

  • Able to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment

  • Organised and meticulous

  • Able to work independently and in a team

  • Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills
