Job summary

AIA SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced senior manager to lead the information security team in Singapore. The role blends hands-on technical leadership with people management to drive SecOps, threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and continuous improvement of defensive capabilities.

You will oversee Infrastructure Security, Cloud Security, IAM Governance, and Security Incident Handling while partnering with SOC and development teams to balance security

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in information security, with emphasis on App, Infra and Cloud security.
• Hands-on security design/review experience for multi-cloud environments (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
• Experience with security incident management and cyber security programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead SecOps team to manage threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management and security monitoring.
• Oversee Infrastructure Security activities, including hardening, monitoring, and IaC practices.
• Manage Cloud Security assessments, BAU security tasks, and cloud asset governance.
• Supervise IAM governance activities and ensure secure access controls.
• Collaborate with SOC for protection of the environment and roll out security initiatives.
