Job summary

Kulicke and Soffa Industries, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Senior Program Manager to own the end-to-end sustaining engineering for a product portfolio, from post-launch support to product enhancements and customer issue resolution.

Lead cross-functional teams and drive technical programs to improve performance and customer success. You will manage day-to-day sustaining activities across the product line, coordinate multi-site integration meetings, and partner with internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Materials Science or Physics.
• Strong electromechanical background, analytics and problem-solving capability.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in semiconductor environment, preferably die attach, flip chip and/or Thermal compression.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering product development experience within a matrix organization.
• A strong team player, able to work and manage multi discipline teams and understands Program management responsibility.
• Experienced in migrating products from development to manufacturing and eventually to customer sites.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor backend products and comfortable working in customer sites.
• Knowledge of BOM and machine configurator is a must.
• Willing to travel to customer sites.

• Interfaces with internal and external customers on product engineering issues
• Provides leadership and prioritizes work aligned to business unit strategy
• Manage day to day operation of the customer issues and enhancements within engineering group to support the Business Unit Objectives.
• Able to run the program independently, orchestrate and lead multi-site integration meetings
• Build effective working relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels across the organization.
