Senior Manager (Human Resources Shared Services)
Business development to acquire new client account
Lead and mentor a team in providing the full spectrum of HR services to clients
Ensure that HR services is provided timely with quality
Liaise with clients on HR needs
Develop and review proposals and pitch presentation
Work closely with leadership in building client relationship and achieving the business goal
Model and cultivate a team culture of ownership, execution, and continuous learning and improvement
Conduct appraisal feedback to the team members
Ensure client proximity and service excellence
Oversee manpower planning recruitment and project allocation
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Candidates should possess at least a Bachelor’s degree. Degrees in Business, Human Resource or Management are preferred.
- At least 10 years of prior work experience in HR with at least 5 years leading a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point
- Ability to multi-task with good time management skills
- Ability to conceptualize and present findings and recommendations
- Detail-orientated person with good analytical skills
- Outspoken with excellent interpersonal skill
- Strong communication skills with a strong command of English (both written and spoken).
- Natural interest in solving problems and delivering unique solutions
- Highly motivated and committed to being a good team player
- Demonstrated skills in both project management and effective communication with clients and teams at all levels
