Responsibilities

- Lead talent acquisition, retention, training, development and succession planning to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Establish and maintain a performance management system that drives employee engagement and aligns individual performance with organisational goals.
- Ensure efficient HR operations, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and effective governance of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements

- Experience in tracking and analysing key HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives; Ability to create comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide insights into employee performance, engagement, and retention; Capacity to communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner, facilitating informed decision-making.
