Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR strategy, talent development, culture, performance management, and HR operations to build a high‑performing and engaged workforce at Client.
• Drive HR strategy, workforce planning, and organisational design.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, and succession planning.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and employee wellbeing programmes.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations.
• Implement HR systems and payroll processes.

Requirements:

• Degree in HR or related field; IHRP certification preferred.
• 10+ years' HR leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of Singapore labour laws and HR systems.
• Track record in organisational development and employee engagement.

Reporting Line:

• Reports to Head of Corporate Services.
