Senior Manager, HR Policy - GH
Our client is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Policy to lead HR policy development, governance, and compliance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the HR Policies in establishing the strategic direction for HR policy development, governance, and approval processes.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to review, formulate, and update HR policies and procedures to maintain consistency, relevance, and compliance.
- Monitor developments in HR trends, employment legislation, and best practices, recommending policy enhancements to address emerging needs.
- Ensure HR policies comply with applicable labour laws, regulatory requirements, and align with industry benchmarks.
- Provide expert policy guidance and interpretation to senior management, HR teams, and other stakeholders to support consistent application across the organisation.
- Maintain accurate and current documentation of HR policies and related procedures, including version control and review records.
- Oversee HR policy information systems to ensure accessibility and accuracy of published policies.
- Facilitate effective communication and implementation of policy changes to promote understanding and adherence across the organisation.
Requirements
- A recognised degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of eight years of relevant experience in HR policy development, review, or governance.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, regulations, and HR market practices.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
