Senior Manager, HR Policy - GH

Our client is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Policy to lead HR policy development, governance, and compliance across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the HR Policies in establishing the strategic direction for HR policy development, governance, and approval processes.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to review, formulate, and update HR policies and procedures to maintain consistency, relevance, and compliance.
  • Monitor developments in HR trends, employment legislation, and best practices, recommending policy enhancements to address emerging needs.
  • Ensure HR policies comply with applicable labour laws, regulatory requirements, and align with industry benchmarks.
  • Provide expert policy guidance and interpretation to senior management, HR teams, and other stakeholders to support consistent application across the organisation.
  • Maintain accurate and current documentation of HR policies and related procedures, including version control and review records.
  • Oversee HR policy information systems to ensure accessibility and accuracy of published policies.
  • Facilitate effective communication and implementation of policy changes to promote understanding and adherence across the organisation.
Requirements
  • A recognised degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of eight years of relevant experience in HR policy development, review, or governance.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, regulations, and HR market practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent written communication and documentation skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
