A leading HR firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to provide comprehensive HR support. Responsibilities include leading HR functions, developing employee engagement strategies, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Ideal candidates will have 8-10 years of experience, a degree in HR or Business Management, and excellent communication skills.
Headquartered in Singapore with operations across Singapore and South-East Asia, we are looking for an experienced HR professional to join the team for the next phase of growth in the dynamic business. You will be an integral part of the Management Team, providing the full spectrum of HR support at HQ & the region in line with the group’s business plans.
Responsibilities:
Lead the full spectrum of human resource functions reporting to the Head of Corporate Services
Develop strategies to keep employees motivated, satisfied, and committed to the organisation. Includes organising activities, surveys, and programs that promote a positive workplace culture
Manage annual performance management cycles, and develop an effective employee feedback culture to promote open communication in the organisation
Lead the HR team to ensure there is a continuous pipe-line of talent to support the business with advance planning and close co-operation with business units
Develop succession and reward strategies to retain top talent and reduce overall attrition
Ensure the company adheres to labour laws, regulations, and industry standards
Streamlining general processes and policies, maintaining accurate records, and leveraging data analytics to facilitate informed decision-making by the Management
Engage and work with holding company colleagues to align/harmonise policies and practices for consistent implementation across the board.
Requirements:
Degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management or other relevant qualifications from an established university or institution of higher learning
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant work experience in a fast pace and hi-touch organisation
Possess excellent analytical, writing and presentation skills
Strong supervisory skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
High degree of professional ethics and integrity
Team player with sound judgement and ability to analyse situations and information
Outstanding communication and inter-personal skills
