Job description

Reporting to the NUH Healthier SG Office, you will play a key role in managing and supporting the respective strategic programmes and projects to achieve the aims of developing Healthier SG programs.

Job Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
  • Work closely with clinical champions on the planning and development of initiatives of the programmes and projects. This includes the managing the team on providing the support on the development roadmap, timeline and budget.
  • Work with key stakeholders (both internal and external) on the development and implementation of new workflow and processes.
  • Coordinate meeting with programmes / project workgroups and other various stakeholders and follow up issues and actions
  • Coordinate resources (manpower, budget and any other assets) and other stakeholders on the execution of assigned programmes / projects
  • Lead the team in the tracking and reporting the respective programs/ projects KPIs at regular intervals
  • Lead the team in publicity, awareness and engagement initiatives for the programmes/ projects
  • Provide other logistics and administrative support for the running of the programmes / projects.
Secondary Responsibilities and Duties
  • Initiate and/or participate in activities that contribute towards service transformation and process / quality improvement
  • Any other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer
Requirements
  • A degree from a recognized university, with minimum 8 years of relevant working experience.
  • Good organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Experience in leading a team.
  • Ability to follow up on tasks independently and in a timely fashion.
  • Strong working knowledge in MS office, particularly in Excel.
  • Practical knowledge of hospital operations will be an added advantage.
  • At least 8 years’ working experience, preferably within healthcare industry.
  • Positive, motivated, able to manage pressure, takes initiative.
  • Good project management skills, team player, results oriented with multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Service oriented and customer focused.
