Job description

Primary Role: Oversee the company’s fundraising efforts, including DIK (Donations-in-Kind), donor relationship management, and strategic partnerships.

• Event Management: Plan and execute major fundraising initiatives, including community health days, donor appreciation events, and special campaigns.
• Grant Applications: Research, prepare, and submit grant proposals to secure funding from foundations and corporate partners.
• Impact Reporting: Deliver timely and accurate donor reports that demonstrate the impact of contributions on programs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to identify funding needs and design targeted fundraising strategies.
• Communications: Collaborate with Corporate Communications to develop materials that effectively showcase SATA CommHealth’s mission and funding requirements.
• Compliance: Ensure all fundraising activities comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
• Staff Development: Mentor and coach team members, building their capabilities and preparing them for future leadership roles to strengthen succession planning.
