Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize existing financial, procurement, and reporting processes, identifying inefficiencies and control gaps.
- Lead initiatives for process improvement, including redesign, automation, and best practice implementation.
- Champion the use of innovative technologies and digital tools to bolster analytical, operational, and reporting capabilities within the Finance team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate current system structures and identify integration opportunities.
- Oversee the design, configuration, and deployment of financial systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Manage cross-functional project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications.
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps and resource plans, proactively managing risks and engaging stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison among Finance, IT, and other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment in transformation initiatives.
- Provide systems administration support and oversee user access governance for compliance with financial policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Finance operations, and FP&A.
- Strong understanding of Financial Accounting principles, internal controls, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading transformation initiatives, including process optimization, system implementations, and change management within finance and procurement.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in developing process maps and translating technical requirements for diverse stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven, demonstrating a passion for innovation and measurable impact.
- Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands‑on execution and operational detail.
