Job Summary:

We are seeking a systematic, meticulous and experienced ERP project SM to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the ERP system implementation and the setting up of a RWS Accounting Shared Service team. You\'ll play a key role in driving efficiency and productivity of the finance and accounting team to better support and value add to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support VP Finance Services to oversee the delivery of SAP and Shared Services projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired outcomes for Finance Services.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to a team of Business user champion and Business SME.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure value creation through maximizing solution delivery.
• Act as a primary point of contact for key stakeholders and address any concerns or escalations effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in support of multiple projects at a time
• Stay informed about the latest SAP trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within the SAP landscape.
• Deliver the SAP project scope with shared services model in mind.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, or related field. Professional qualifications such as ACCA or its equivalent would be an added advantage.
• Proven track record of at least 5-8 years in SAP S4HANA project delivery roles in Business capacity, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in managerial positions.
