📍 Location: Jalan Bukit Merah
🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
💰 Salary Range: Up to $11,000 / month

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable Management

• Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, including vendor invoice processing, payment cycles, and reconciliations.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the AP function.
• Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments while maintaining strong working capital management.
• Strengthen internal controls for payment processes and compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve complex payment issues.
• Lead system enhancement and integration projects related to Accounts Payable.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
• Develop robust financial models and analyses to support strategic and operational initiatives.
• Provide variance analysis and actionable insights to senior management.
• Prepare and present financial reports and performance reviews for executive leadership.

Strategic Decision Support

• Collaborate with key departments to analyze financial performance and identify business growth or cost-saving opportunities.
• Evaluate financial implications of new business proposals and investments.
• Provide strategic input to enhance overall business performance.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor the Finance team to achieve excellence and continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional development.
• Ensure effective financial support and partnership with cross‑functional teams.

Requirements

• Min. Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Min 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Prior experience in a Big 4 audit firm and/or the healthcare industry is highly advantageous.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, corporate governance, and financial systems.
