CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Manager, Specialist Field Engineering to lead a regional team across Kubernetes, Storage, HPC, Networking, Security, and Compute Infrastructure. You will partner with Sales, Product Engineering, and Marketing to drive the go-to-market strategy and customer success.

The Field Engineering organization at CoreWeave is dedicated to ensuring every customer running AI workloads at scale has a seamless, reliable, and high-performance experience. This team supports the infrastructure that powers the AI revolution—working across data centers, hardware systems, and customer workloads to maintain the integrity of our cloud platform. Field Engineering aligns closely with internal and customer engineering teams, offering valuable insights from the field and the chance to shape the CoreWeave product roadmap and development.
We are on the hunt for an exceptional Senior Manager, Specialist Field Engineering to lead a regional team of subject matter experts across Kubernetes, Storage, High‑Performance Computing, Networking, Security, and Compute Infrastructure. Together, this team will design and deliver next‑generation environments that power the world’s most demanding workloads.
This role works closely with leaders across Specialist Field Engineering, Technical Support Engineering, Sales, and Product Engineering.
