A leading children's welfare organization in Singapore is looking for a Senior Manager of Donor Engagement. The successful candidate will lead donor engagement strategies to cultivate and retain corporate and philanthropic donors. Required qualifications include a degree and at least 8 years of experience in fundraising or stakeholder management, with strong skills in communication and relationship management. This role is pivotal in ensuring donor experiences are impactful and aligned with the organization's goals.
The Senior Manager of Donor Engagement leads the planning and delivery of the Society’s donor engagement strategies, with a focus on cultivating, stewarding and retaining corporate and philanthropic donors to advance the well-being of children. The role is responsible for translating engagement strategies into effective donor programmes, strong relationships and sustainable funding outcomes. The role works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure donor engagement efforts are aligned with organisational priorities, service needs and safeguarding requirements, while delivering high-quality and innovative donor experiences that strengthen trust, impact and long-term commitment.
