Overview: As SingHealth prepares for the implementation of the Next Generation Electronic Medical Record (NGEMR) system, our Digital Health Readiness (DHR) team plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare delivery. As a Senior Manager, you will drive comprehensive digital readiness and change management programmes across our healthcare cluster, spanning clinical, operational, and administrative domains.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement DHR strategies to support organisational transformation, including digital initiatives, restructures, or cultural shifts
  • Lead workshops, focus groups, and surveys to gauge employee sentiment and readiness
  • Oversee the design and delivery of training programmes to ensure employees are equipped for new systems, tools, or processes
  • Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and areas of resistance
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to articulate the rationale, benefits, and progress of DHR initiatives
  • Identify, analyse, and engage key stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
  • Support senior leaders and executives in fulfilling their DHR roles
  • Monitor and manage risks associated with DHR efforts, providing contingency plans as needed
  • Conduct post-implementation evaluations and lessons learnt reviews
Qualifications
  • Degree in Behavioural Science, Human Factors or Communications or equivalent with minimum 8 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in healthcare settings with knowledge of hospital operations (clinical and/or support functions) will be advantageous
  • Experience in Organisational Development will be an advantage
  • Professional certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP) will be an advantage
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Task driven, strong facilitation, planning and analytical skills
