Responsibilities
- Develop and implement automation strategies using RPA, AI/ML, and intelligent document processing across underwriting, claims, policy servicing, and customer service.
- Identify operational cost drivers and lead initiatives to reduce expenses while maintaining or enhancing service levels.
- Partner with IT, Actuarial, Finance, and other business units to integrate automation tools into existing systems and workflows.
- Track automation project outcomes using performance metrics and cost-benefit analyses to ensure efficiency and savings targets are met.
- Lead efforts to identify and automate manual, repetitive tasks to reduce cycle times and error rates.
- Ensure automation initiatives comply with regulatory standards and data privacy requirements.
- Drive adoption of automation through training, stakeholder engagement, and change management programs.
- Use data insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for further automation and operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Deep understanding of insurance operations across Life, Health, and General Insurance.
- Proven experience with automation technologies (RPA, AI/ML, intelligent document processing).
- Strong background in cost management and process optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
