The Centre for Population Health Research and Implementation (CPHRI) is a centralised platform for population health research, innovation, implementation, and evaluation activities sited in SingHealth Regional Health System. CPHRI aims to seamlessly leverage data and technology to guide and support population health initiatives and accelerate the implementation of research findings in care delivery and improvement. CPHRI also helps to strategise and coordinate the various population health research initiatives across the SingHealth institutions, to achieve the common vision of advancing population health goals.
We are seeking a Senior Manager or Manager to lead strategic operations supporting CPHRI's academic collaborations within the SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre. You'll play a pivotal role in advancing population health goals by coordinating research initiatives, managing key partnerships, and ensuring seamless integration of research findings into care delivery improvements.
You will provide strategic leadership through secretariat support for academic collaborations, developing governance frameworks and managing crucial stakeholder relationships that drive CPHRI's mission forward. Your role encompasses comprehensive programme management where you'll plan and execute collaborative initiatives whilst administering grants effectively to maximise research impact. You'll champion cross-institution collaboration and capability building activities within the Academic Medical Centre, including organising academic meetings and conferences that foster knowledge exchange and innovation. Additionally, you support research administration operations by managing research projects and agreements, ensuring strict adherence to funding requirements and institutional policies. Your communication expertise will be essential as you prepare papers, reports, and presentations for funding authorities, senior management, and external parties, whilst providing team leadership through supervising and mentoring junior staff members.
